Who is responsible
hatke.party is operated by Known Click Technologies Private Limited, F203 Second Floor, Svayam Sapphire, Opp. Madhuban Resort, Tarapur-Sojitra Road, Anand 388121, Gujarat, India. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Booking details — your name, phone number and email (required for paid orders and optional for free bookings), used to deliver tickets and verify entry.
- Billing details — your postal address for a paid booking, used on tax invoices and any related credit notes.
- Consent records — which terms you agreed to at checkout, with a timestamp.
- Payment status — order and payment references from Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank credentials go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Security data — IP addresses and device information for login protection, OTP rate-limiting and audit logs.
- Website and advertising measurement — pages viewed, referring campaign, browser/device information and actions such as viewing the event, starting checkout, contacting us or completing a purchase. Purchase measurements include the order reference, ticket count and value, but our configured tracking events do not include your booking name, phone, email, billing address or payment credentials.
- Entry records — when a ticket is scanned at the door.
How we use it
To deliver and verify tickets, send booking and event-service messages, issue tax invoices and credit notes (a legal obligation), provide support, and prevent fraud and abuse. The measure website and advertising performance, attribute ticket sales to campaigns, and prevent fraud and abuse. The current checkout has no marketing checkbox: accepting the booking policies does not grant consent to promotional messages. Promotional messages require a separate optional consent; if you have previously given one, you can withdraw it by emailing support.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (payment processing), our email/SMS delivery providers (ticket delivery), Google Analytics (site measurement), Meta Pixel (advertising measurement and campaign optimisation), and venue security where needed for entry verification. We disclose data to authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Ticket-holder details, delivery contacts and notification content are automatically redacted about 90 days after the event. Raw payment-provider and webhook payloads are kept for up to 180 days. Invoices, credit notes, payment records, and the billing name, phone number and address shown on those records are retained for as long as tax law requires. Email addresses and checkout consent payloads are removed from that retained order snapshot.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep sessions and checkout working. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may also use cookies, web beacons and similar storage to measure visits, attribute purchases and improve advertising. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage activity shared with Meta through Meta's activity controls.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (deletion is subject to records we must keep by law) by writing to [email protected] from the contact details used on your order. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days — see the contact page for the grievance officer.
